Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Nazr, operated by NAZR AI LTD, a private limited company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC892023) with its registered office at Suite 2, Ground Floor Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2HS, United Kingdom (“Nazr”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization.

1. The service

Nazr (app.nazr.com) is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service product that turns strategic priorities into a plan hierarchy (Priorities → Work Streams → Tasks) using AI, ingests signals from sources you connect, and exposes an MCP endpoint through which AI agents authorized by your organization can read the plan, complete tasks, and raise signals. Proposed changes to the plan go to a review queue: a human in your organization approves every change.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Content in Nazr is scoped to an organization. Your organization's administrators control membership, connected integrations, and connected AI agents.
  • You must be at least 18 to use the service. Nazr is a business product and is not directed at consumers or children.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in breach of any law, or to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other organizations' data, or our infrastructure;
  • probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits or security measures;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties except as we agree in writing;
  • connect integrations or accounts you are not authorized to connect.

4. Your content

You own your content. As between you and us, your organization retains all rights in the content it submits to or connects with Nazr — plan items, signals, uploaded or pasted text, and content ingested from integrations.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service — including sending it to third-party AI model providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or permit our AI providers to train models on it (per their API terms).

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you submit or connect, including authority to connect third-party accounts on your organization's behalf.

5. AI outputs

Nazr uses AI to generate plans, decompositions, summaries, and proposed changes. AI output is a proposal, not a fact. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and it requires human review — which is why every change to your plan must be approved by a human in your organization. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content, and you are responsible for decisions you take based on it.

6. Third-party integrations and AI agents

  • When you connect a third-party service (such as Linear, Granola, GitHub, Notion, or Slack), you authorize Nazr to access that service on your behalf using the credentials you provide, to the extent needed to provide the service.
  • Your use of each third-party service remains governed by that service's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their APIs.
  • AI agents connected via our MCP endpoint act on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for the actions they take through your organization's access.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and performant, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify the service, and we may suspend it where necessary for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Fees

Some parts of the service may be offered free of charge and others may be subject to fees, as set out in an applicable order form or pricing plan. Where fees apply, they are payable as stated in that order form or plan. We will give reasonable notice before introducing or changing fees that affect you.

9. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the service — the software, design, branding, and everything in it other than your content. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer any ownership in it. Feedback you give us about the service may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (in which case we will give reasonable notice).
  • On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will delete or anonymise your organization's content within a reasonable period after account closure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 5, 9, 11, and 12) survive it.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you have paid no fees).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the app with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
